These house rules are a request to guests staying at KAMENOAYUMI villa (hereinafter referred to as "this facility") to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable stay. Reservations and stays are subject to your agreement to these house rules.
1. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: Until 10:00
- If you wish to change the time, please contact us in advance (additional charges may apply).
2. Capacity and fellow guests
- The facility's capacity is up to [○ people].
- If the number of people at the time of booking differs from the actual number of people using the facility, additional charges may be incurred or the facility may be refused.
- We strictly prohibit anyone other than guests from staying at the hotel from staying overnight without permission.
3. Noise and consideration for neighbors
- Please refrain from making loud noises, shouting, playing music, etc. so as not to disturb the local residents.
- Please be especially quiet both indoors and outdoors between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- If there are complaints from neighbors, you may be asked to stop using the facility.
4. Smoking
- As a general rule, our facility is non-smoking throughout the building, but smoking is permitted in some areas.

- If you smoke indoors, we may charge you the actual cost of special cleaning and deodorizing fees.
5. Pets allowed
- Pets are not allowed/allowed under certain conditions.

6. Use of kitchen and facilities

9. Managing valuables
- Please keep cash, precious metals and other valuables in your own care.
- As a general rule, the facility cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
10. Damage and Defacement
- If the building, furniture, appliances, or fixtures are damaged or soiled, please contact us immediately.
- For damage or soiling caused intentionally or accidentally, we may charge you the actual cost of repair or replacement.
11. Prohibitions
The following actions are prohibited:
- Parties and large gatherings that cause a nuisance to neighbors
- Acts that violate laws and regulations, use of illegal drugs, and involvement with anti-social forces
- Smoking indoors (if designated as non-smoking)
- Unauthorized commercial use, filming or distribution that significantly damages the image of the facility, etc.
12. Emergency Response
- In the event of a fire, earthquake, or other disaster, please make your own safety your top priority.
- Please check the emergency contact information (fire department, police, medical institutions, etc.) in the information desk in your room.

Terms of Use (Accommodation Terms and Conditions)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for "KAMENOAYUMI villa" (hereinafter referred to as "this Facility"), an accommodation facility operated by KAMENOAYUMI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). When making a reservation or using this Facility, please agree to these Terms before applying.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- These terms and conditions apply to all relationships related to the accommodation use of this facility.
- The house rules, privacy policy, etc. separately established by our company shall constitute part of these Terms and Conditions and shall also apply.
Article 2 (Reservation and Contract Formation)
- Accommodation reservations must be made through the methods specified by our company (our website, reservation system, travel agency, etc.).
- An accommodation contract will be concluded when we confirm and accept the reservation details, or when the designated online payment is completed, whichever comes first.
- We may ask you to submit identification documents as necessary.
Article 3 (Accommodation fees and payment methods)
- Accommodation fees will be based on the price list determined by our company depending on the date of stay, number of people, plan contents, etc.

Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)

If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

・2 to 6 days before the stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
・The day before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
・On the day of your stay or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
- If you do not contact us and do not show up, we may refuse to accept future reservations.
- Some plans may have separate cancellation conditions. In such cases, the conditions of the plan will take precedence.

Article 6 (Termination of contract by the Company)
Our company may refuse to allow a customer to use our facilities or cancel the accommodation contract if any of the following applies:
- When it is discovered that the application details were false
- When a user violates the House Rules or these Terms and Conditions and fails to comply with a request for correction
- When the Company determines that there is a risk of causing significant inconvenience or danger to other customers or neighboring residents.
- When it is discovered that the person is affiliated with anti-social forces, etc.
- When it becomes difficult to provide the facility due to a disaster, equipment failure, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 7 (Customer Responsibilities)
- If damage is caused to the building, equipment, fixtures, etc. of this facility due to your intentional or negligent acts, you will be responsible for the costs required for repairs, replacement, etc.
- As a general rule, we will not become involved in any disputes that arise between customers or third parties.
Article 8 (Management of Valuables)
- Guests are responsible for managing their valuables.
- As a general rule, we will not be liable for theft, loss, damage, etc. that occurs despite all normal precautions being taken.
Article 9 (Force majeure)
- The Company shall not be liable if the use of the Facility becomes impossible or extremely difficult due to natural disasters, epidemics, large-scale disruptions to transportation services, power outages, water outages, or other reasons beyond the control of the Company.
- In this case, we will discuss the handling of fees already received individually.
