User Guide

This page summarizes the process for test-driving the ISIZUE stay accommodation reservation system and the scope of information that you may enter.
No actual reservations or charges will be made, so feel free to try out the screen movements and operation.

*The demo site is running in Stripe test mode and does not actually charge your credit card.

A valid email address is required to receive notifications from the system, such as confirmation emails for reservation details and notifications for payment test completion.

Please use dummy information such as "Test Taro" / 090-0000-0000 for your name, phone number, address, and request fields. Please refrain from entering real personal information.

Reservation demo process

You can experience the entire hotel reservation process in a format that is almost identical to the actual screen. Feel free to select the date, number of people, plan, etc.

To the reservation form

Click the "Demo Booking Form" button on the top page to go to the demo booking screen.

Select date and plan

Select your check-in and check-out dates, room type, meal plan, and number of people.

Enter your information

Enter only the real email address and dummy information for the other fields, then check the contents.

Proceed to payment screen

You will be redirected to the Stripe payment screen, where you can use a test card number to experience the payment flow.

*The demo reservation form is not linked to the actual reservation inventory. You can try it out anytime.

How to test the Stripe payment page

The demo site uses Stripe's test mode for credit card payments. All displayed amounts are for testing purposes only and will not be charged.

When the payment screen appears, please use the test card number below. Do not enter your real card number.

Movements after test settlement

Once the test payment is complete, the system will process it as "paid," and you will be able to see operations that are close to those in real operation, such as sending a reservation confirmation email and updating the status on the management screen.

What the admin panel demo looks like

On the demo management screen, you can see the screen image of the accommodation facility, including a list of reservations, stay dates, room type, plan, number of people, fee, and payment status.

*As this is a test environment, personally identifiable information such as addresses, passport numbers, detailed contact information, etc. will not be displayed.

Frequently asked questions
Q. Can a demo actually lead to a booking?
A. No. Operations in the demo environment will not be treated as actual hotel reservations. Actual reservations are only accepted through the live website, which will be announced separately.
Q. Will my credit card be charged?
A. No. We are using Stripe's test mode, and all payments are processed as tests. Please do not enter your real card number; be sure to use the test card number.
Q. What will my email address be used for?
A. It will only be used to send notifications to check system operation, such as reservation confirmation emails and payment test results. It will not be used for any other purposes or provided to third parties.
